Description

Measles virus (MeV) is an enveloped, negative-sense, ssRNA virus which shows effective cancer cell killing activity. In this virus, the nucleotide sequence of luciferase was engineered into the MeV genome. This virus can be used for in vitro cancer cell killing assays or in vivo animal cancer treatment tests.
