Description

K562-TNFalpha Assay Cells are provided as ready-to-assay (RTA) cells which does not need culturing. They are engineered to express firefly luciferase gene under the control of Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFalpha) responsive element, and renilla luciferase gene driven by a constitutive promoter. These cells can be used for detecting anti-TNF-alpha drug activity as well as presence of anti-TNF-alpha drug neutralizing antibodies (NAbs).
