Description

Jurkat-CD16/Dual-Luc Effector Assay Cells are provided as ready-to-assay (RTA) cells which does not need culturing. These cells are engineered to express high levels of the low affinity Fc receptor FcRyIIIa (CD16), Firefly luciferase encoding gene under the control of a drug responsive promoter, and Renilla luciferase encoding gene under the control of a constitutive promoter. They are designed to be used for screening of drug candidates that can induce antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
