Human TP53 mRNA (ψUTP modified)

For research use only. Not intended for any clinical use.
Cat.No.
PMRN-0307
Description
TP53, also known as p53, is a highly researched transcription factor that responds to carcinogenic signals by activating its downstream genes, such as the apoptosis-promoting protein BAX and the apoptosis regulator PUMA. p53 also acts as a cell cycle checkpoint protector to induce cell cycle arrest and participate in DNA replication and repair to protect genomic integrity. Human TP53 mRNA (ψUTP modified) is capped using a co-transcriptional capping method resulting in a naturally occurring Cap 1 structure with high efficiency. Moreover, the incorporation of ψUTP can reduce the immunogenicity of the resulting mRNA.
Features
• mRNA synthesized on error free sequence verified plasmid DNA template
• Cap1 capping and poly-A tail incorporated
• mRNA modified with ψUTP
• Degrades the DNA template after RNA synthesis with Dnase
Sequence
mRNA Length: 1437 base
Storage
Store at or below -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Aliquot if necessary using RNase-free equipment, reagents, pipet tips, tubes, and containers.
