Description

PTEN (Phosphatase and tensin homolog) is a phosphatase in humans that resists the action of PI3K, which is a key enzyme for anti-apoptotic, pro-tumorigenic Akt activation. Human TP53 mRNA (ψUTP modified) is capped using a co-transcriptional capping method resulting in a naturally occurring Cap 1 structure with high efficiency. Moreover, the incorporation of ψUTP can reduce the immunogenicity of the resulting mRNA.
