Human IL6 mRNA

For research use only. Not intended for any clinical use.
Cat.No.
PMRN-0144
Description
The IL6 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 6 (IL6) protein, a cytokine that functions in inflammation and the maturation of B cells. IL6 has been shown to be an endogenous pyrogen capable of inducing fever in people with autoimmune diseases or infections. The functioning of this gene is implicated in a wide variety of inflammation-associated disease states, including suspectibility to diabetes mellitus and systemic juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.

Customer Q&As
What is Human IL6 mRNA?

A: Human IL6 mRNA is a type of mRNA encoded by human genes, derived from the interleukin-6 (IL6) gene.

What diseases are associated with Human IL6 mRNA?

A: Research has shown that Human IL6 mRNA may be associated with various diseases, including but not limited to inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, cancer, etc. The protein encoded by this gene is a multifunctional cytokine that can regulate immune response, inflammatory response, and tissue repair.

What is the IL6 gene?

A: The IL6 gene is a human gene that encodes a protein called interleukin, also known as IL-6. It can regulate biological processes such as immune response, inflammatory response, and tissue repair.

What kind of disease has IL6 been proven to cause?

A: IL6 has been shown to be an endogenous pyrogen capable of inducing fever in people with autoimmune diseases or infections.

In which cells does IL6 play a role?

A: IL6mRNA encodes human interleukin-6 (IL6) protein, a cytokine that plays a role in mature B cells.
