Human IL23R mRNA

For research use only. Not intended for any clinical use.
Cat.No.
PMRN-0232
Description
The IL23R mRNA encodes the human interleukin 23 receptor (IL23R) protein, a subunit of the receptor for IL23A/IL23. IL23R pairs with the receptor molecule IL12RB1/IL12R beta1, and both are required for IL23A signaling.
Features
• mRNA synthesized on error free sequence verified plasmid DNA template
• 100% replacement of UTP with modified nucleotides 5-Methoxy-UTP
• Cap 1 Capping and poly-A tailed incorporated
• Degrades the DNA template after RNA synthesis with DNase

Customer Q&As
What is Human IL23R mRNA?

A: Human IL23R mRNA is the messenger RNA molecule of human IL23R gene. The IL23R gene encodes a receptor protein that plays an important role in the immune system.

What is the function of the IL23R gene?

A: The receptor protein encoded by the IL23R gene is a receptor on the cell membrane that binds to IL-23 cytokines and plays an important role in signal transduction.

In which tissues is Human IL23R mRNA expressed?

A: Human IL23R mRNA is expressed in a variety of tissues, including lymphocytes, Monocyte and dendritic cells in the immune system. In addition, IL23R mRNA is also expressed in other tissues, such as the intestine and skin.

What is the regulation of human IL23R mRNA expression?

A: The expression of Human IL23R mRNA is regulated by various factors, including cytokines, inflammatory signals, and immune regulatory factors. These factors can promote or inhibit the expression of IL23R mRNA, thereby regulating the function of the immune system.

What diseases are associated with IL23R gene mutations?

A: Mutations in the IL23R gene are associated with various diseases, including immune disorders and tumors. For example, some IL23R gene mutations are associated with the occurrence and development of immune diseases such as Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and Crohn's disease.

How does IL23R gene mutation affect the immune system?

A: Mutations in the IL23R gene may affect the balance and function of the immune system. Some mutations may lead to excessive activation of the immune system, leading to inflammatory reactions and autoimmune diseases. Other mutations may reduce the function of the IL23R receptor, leading to suppression of the immune system.

Is the IL23R gene associated with Genetic disorder?

A: Yes, IL23R gene mutation is related to the occurrence and development of some Genetic disorder. These mutations may be caused by genetic factors, affecting the function of the IL23R receptor, leading to abnormal activation of the immune system and inflammatory response.

Is the IL23R gene associated with immunotherapy?

A: Yes, the IL23R gene is closely related to the research and development of immunotherapy. The IL23R receptor plays an important role in regulating immune system activation and inflammatory response, so drugs targeting IL23R may become potential therapeutic methods for treating immune diseases and certain tumors.
