Human IFNE mRNA

For research use only. Not intended for any clinical use.
Cat.No.
PMRN-0182
Description
The IFNE mRNA encodes the human interferon epsilon (IFNE) protein, a cytokine that belongs to the type I class of interferons. IFNE is required for maintaining basal levels of IFN-regulated genes, including 2''-5''-oligoadenylate synthetase, IRF7 and ISG15.

Q & A

Customer Reviews

Customer Q&As
What is Human IFNE mRNA?

A: Human IFNE mRNA is the messenger RNA molecule for human interferonε (Interferonepsilon). Interferon ε is a protein that is transcribed from the IFNE gene.

What is the function of Human IFNE mRNA?

A: Human IFNE mRNA encodes an interferon ε protein, which plays an important role in the immune system. Interferon ε is involved in antiviral and antitumor immune responses and regulates cellular immune responses and inflammatory responses.

What diseases are associated with aberrant expression of Human IFNE mRNA?

A: Aberrant expression of Human IFNE mRNA is associated with a variety of diseases, including viral infections, autoimmune diseases, tumors, and inflammatory diseases. Aberrant IFNEmRNA expression may lead to immune system dysfunction and disease.

How is the stability of Human IFNE mRNA regulated?

A: The stability of Human IFNE mRNA is regulated by RNA-degrading enzymes and RNA structural elements.RNA-degrading enzymes degrade mRNA molecules, while RNA structural elements can affect mRNA stability and translocation.

What is the difference between Human IFNE mRNA and other interferons?

A: Human IFNE mRNA encoding interferon ε is structurally and functionally different from other interferons such as interferon alpha and interferon beta. Interferon ε has a relatively novel role in the immune response and works with other interferons to regulate immune system function.
