A: The human protein encoded by IFNAR1 mRNA belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family and has antiviral functions.
A: Human type I IFNAR1 deficiency does not have a largely unaffected effect on SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination. Currently, my own graduate work is related to genetic immunity, and I purchased IFNAR1 mRNA to see if I could do some modulation. After using it, I found a lot of expressed protein with few impurities and high purity, so I highly recommend it.
