| Description | EPO (erythropoietin), encodes the human erythropoietin (EPO) protein, is a hormone that controls erythropoiesis or erythropoiesis. EPO also plays a role in wound healing and the brain's response to nerve damage. Human EPO mRNA (ψUTP modified) is capped using a co-transcriptional capping method resulting in a naturally occurring Cap 1 structure with high efficiency. Moreover, the incorporation of ψUTP can reduce the immunogenicity of the resulting mRNA. |
| Features |
• mRNA synthesized on error free sequence verified plasmid DNA template • Cap1 capping and poly-A tail incorporated • mRNA modified with ψUTP • Degrades the DNA template after RNA synthesis with Dnase |
| Sequence | mRNA Length: 855 base |
| Storage | Store at or below -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Aliquot if necessary using RNase-free equipment, reagents, pipet tips, tubes, and containers. |
