Description
The CCR2 mRNA encodes the human C-C motif chemokine receptor 2 (CCR2) protein, a chemokine which specifically mediates monocyte chemotaxis. CCR2 can mediate agonist-dependent calcium mobilization and inhibition of adenylyl cyclase.
