Product Information

Cat. No. PMRN-0245
Description The ACVR2A mRNA encodes the human activin A receptor type 2A (ACVR2A) protein, a member of the TGFB family. ACVR2A mediates signaling by forming heterodimeric complexes with various combinations of type I and type II receptors and ligands in a cell-specific manner. It may be associated with susceptibility to preeclampsia, a pregnancy-related disease which can result in maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality.
Gene Type Other
