Product Information

Cat. No. PMRN-0309
Description Cre (cyclization recombinase), a tyrosine recombinase that catalyzes homologous recombination between two loxP sites in DNA. Cre mRNA (ψUTP modified) is capped using a co-transcriptional capping method resulting in a naturally occurring Cap 1 structure with high efficiency. Moreover, the incorporation of ψUTP can reduce the immunogenicity of the resulting mRNA.
Features • mRNA synthesized on error free sequence verified plasmid DNA template
• Cap1 capping and poly-A tail incorporated
• mRNA modified with ψUTP
• Degrades the DNA template after RNA synthesis with Dnase
Sequence mRNA Length: 1282 base
Storage Store at or below -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Aliquot if necessary using RNase-free equipment, reagents, pipet tips, tubes, and containers.
