Description	Based on the same principle of the Total RNA Kit I, the 96 WellTotal RNA Kit is designed for the isolation of total RNA from cells and soft tissues in a 96-well plate format. This kit allows single or multiple simultaneous processing of samples in less than 60 minutes. There is no need for phenol/chloroform extractions, time-consuming steps such as CsCl gradient ultracentrifugation, or precipitation with isopropanol.
