Based on the same principle of the Total RNA Kit I, the 96 WellTotal RNA Kit is designed for the isolation of total RNA from cells and soft tissues in a 96-well plate format. This kit allows single or multiple simultaneous processing of samples in less than 60 minutes. There is no need for phenol/chloroform extractions, time-consuming steps such as CsCl gradient ultracentrifugation, or precipitation with isopropanol.

Suitable formost downstream applications such as RT-PCR, qPCR, differential display, and microarrays.
