Description

The Blood Mag DNA Large Scale Kit is designed for the purification of DNA from different volumes of fresh, frozen and anticoagulated whole blood treated with any common anticoagulant such as heparin, EDTA, or acid- citrate-dextrose. There is no need for phenol / chloroform extractions or time consuming steps such as precipitation with alcohols. The procedure completely removes contaminants and enzyme inhibitors that affect downstream applications such as PCR. This kit provides a rapid and easy method for the or large scale isolation of genomic DNA from whole blood samples.
