Description

The Blood Mag DNA 96 Kit is formatted for the purification of total DNA (genomic and mitochondrial) from whole blood sample. Samples are first lysed in a high salt solution in the presence of a protease then bound to Magnetic beads. The whole procedure takes only 50 minutes to complete and results in high-quality DNA that can be used for enzymatic (PCR, qPCR) and hybridzation based techniques.
