Note	Mucous Speed DNA Kit provides a simple and fast method to extract DNA from mucous sample. Without Proteinase K, additional incubation is unnecessary. The Muco reagent in the Muco tube digests the biomass, in the meanwhile, it preserves DNA. Via column with silica-gel-membrane technology with the simple binding-washing-elution procedure, you can isolate simply DNA without either phenol/chloroform extraction or ethanol precipitation. In the Muco tube, Muco reagent digests sample of swab and preserves DNA. After HPX buffer is added to sample, DNA mixture will be transferred into column with silica-gel-membrane for purification. Via a simple binding-washing-elution procedure, customers can get DNA for the most applications right away
