The Nucleated red blood cells SBS DNA Kit is a highly efficient solution based system for the purification of approximately 20-50 μg DNA from whole blood samples containing nucleated red blood cells, such as avian and fish blood. The simple centrifugation procedure enables rapid simultaneous processing of single or multiple samples. The entire procedure can be completed in less than 90 minutes, requiring no organic extraction or column purification steps.

Suitable foruse in a range of downstream applications such as PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, and hybridization techniques.
