Transfected Stable Cell Lines
Reliable | High-Performance | Wide Rage
Precision reporter, kinase, immune receptor, biosimilar, Cas9, and knockout stable cell lines for diverse applications.
Cat. No. : VNTV-3
| Cat. No. | VNTV-3 |
| Description | Vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) anterograde non-synaptic tracer with the glycoprotein (G) gene deleted, expressing EGFP. VSV-dG loses its native transsynaptic anterograde spreading ability but still infects starter neurons and expresses EGFP at very high levels, providing high-resolution single-cell labeling of the complete morphology of individual projection neurons. This tool is ideal for Golgi-like visualization of neuronal architecture and for monosynaptic anterograde tracing when complemented with a VSV-G-pseudotyped helper virus. |
