Dual-Reporter Convenience for HEK293T

The GFP/Luc Reporter Cell Line - HEK293T saved us time by letting us monitor transfection visually while capturing quantitative luciferase data. GFP expression was uniform and strong, and luciferase readouts were linear and highly reproducible.
