Description

DNA template with T7 promoter is transcribed into RNA by RNA polymerase. Cas13a forms a complex with crRNA, pairs with target RNA, and is activated to trans-cleave nearby ssRNA. Uses upgraded LwaCas13a protein with 50% higher activity, improving detection.
