Description

Cas12a forms a functional complex with crRNA, “slides” along the target nucleic acid sequence, and upon successful pairing, Cas12a is specifically activated to trans-cleave nearby reporter molecules. This kit contains ssDNA reporters dual-labeled with FAM and Biotin. Activated Cas12a indiscriminately cleaves the reporters, and results can be quickly visualized on a lateral flow strip.
