mSlc5a5/RFP Reporter Cell Line-CT26

Cat.No.
CSC-RR0241
Host Cell
CT26
Introduction
mSlc5a5/RFP Reporter Cell Line-CT26 is a polyclonal population which is constructed by transduction of two lentiviruses, one encoding mouse Slc5a5 cDNA and puromycin resistance gene, the other encoding RFP and neomycin resistance gene. It is an ideal positive control for use in iodine uptake and fluorescence assays. In addition, CT26 cells can form tumors post implantation into mice. The in vivo growth of these tumors can be monitored using PET/SPECT imaging or optical imaging for RFP fluorescence.
