Description

The gRNA is a fusion of CRISPR RNA (crRNA) and trans-activated crRNA (tracrRNA), typically comprising 18-20 variable sequences. By altering the variable sequence, the CRISPR system can be targeted to any DNA adjacent to the 3 'end PAM sequence of the target sequence. The CRISPR/Cas9 Platform^CB gRNA Synthesis Kit is a complete system designed to rapidly synthesize gRNA in vitro.
