Description	The Arabidopsis CRISPR/Cas9 Genome Editing Kit is a highly effective and universal gene editing kit. It is intended for Agrobacterium-mediated plant transformation. The CRISPR construct contains a sgRNA expression cassette driven by AtU6 promoter, and a codon optimized Cas9 expression cassette driven by CAMV 35S promoter. The Arabidopsis CRISPR/Cas11 Genome Editing Kit is applicable to modify genes in almost all kinds of dicots, especially in Arabidopsis.
Efficiency	Cas9 expression cassette and sgRNA expression cassette are combined into one vector which offers a higher transformation efficiency.
Features	Two functional components are combined into one vector which offers a higher transfection efficiency. High expression level of Cas9 protein in monocots by using maize ubiquitin promoter and Dicot codon optimized-Cas9. High activity of sgRNA in rice by using AtU6 (Arabidopsis U6) promoter.
