Cell Line Description
CXCL2-Luc Reporter Cell Line-HEK293 stably expresses luciferase reporter gene under the control of the CXCL2 promoter. This cell line is an ideal cellular model for studying the CXCL2 signaling pathway.
The MIP-2 Leeporter™ cell line is a stably transfected HEK 293 cell line which expresses Renilla luciferase reporter gene under the transcriptional control of the MIP-2 promoter. Macrophage inflammatory protein 2 (MIP-2) is a small cytokine that belongs to the C-X-C chemokine family and is also known as CXCL2. MIP-2 is one of the major proinflammatory cytokines, which is induced by innate immune receptors such TLRs and Nods, and also mediates LPS-induced osteoclastogenesis. The MIP-2 induction by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) is shown in Figures 1.
