Transfected Stable Cell Lines
Reliable | High-Performance | Wide Rage
Precision reporter, kinase, immune receptor, biosimilar, Cas9, and knockout stable cell lines for diverse applications.

| Description | RT-PCR is difficult to get the full length of a gene. RACE (Rapid Amplification of cDNA Ends) allows identification of full-length cDNA, including 5', internal, and 3' untranslated regions (UTRs). This kit is powerful to obtain the 3' untranslated region of a target gene when only a partial sequence of a transcribed gene is available. This kit contains almost all of the reagents for 3' RACE. PCR products can be used for sequencing and cloning. |

A: 3' RACE (Rapid Amplification of cDNA Ends) is a laboratory technique used to identify and amplify the 3' end of a specific mRNA molecule.
A: This technique involves reverse transcription of the mRNA using a specific primer known as the gene-specific primer (GSP), which hybridizes to the 3' end of the mRNA. The reverse transcription process is followed by PCR amplification using a GSP primer and a nested primer.
A: Compared with traditional RACE fragment characterization by molecular cloning followed by Sanger sequencing of several clones, high-throughput sequencing characterization of RACE fragments is highly time-efficient, more sensitive, less expensive, and technically feasible.
