Mycoplasma Detection Kit

This kit is designed to rapidly detect the presence of Mycoplasma by qPCR assay. This kit is based on a Taqman qPCR system, which could specifically amplify the conserved DNA sequence of Mycoplasma. The PCR primers in this kit are designed using bioinformatics methodologies, allowing for the highly specific detection of over 90 species of mycoplasma with no cross-reactivity to closely related strains. The sensitivity of this assay has been demonstrated to be capable of detecting 10 CFU/mL or the equivalent genome suggested by regulatory guidelines.
