Fungal DNA Detection Kit

This kit is designed to rapidly qualitatively detect the presence of fungi by qPCR assay. This kit is based on a Taqman qPCR system, which could specifically amplify the conserved DNA sequence of fungi, covering approximately 92% of known fungal species. The PCR primers in this kit are designed using bioinformatics methodologies.
