Reliable tool for monitoring cell proliferation signaling

I used this product to screen compounds targeting Myc-driven proliferation in hepatocellular carcinoma. The stability of the luciferase expression over multiple passages is impressive. Creative Biogene provided clear protocols, and the mCherry marker helped us visually confirm the transfection efficiency and cell health before running the luciferase assays.
