| Description | This product is a replication-deficient pseudovirus that displays hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) proteins of influenza A virus H5N8 (strain: Astrakhan/3212/2020). This pseudovirus express GFP reporter gene when it infects into the target cells. In the presence of neutralizing monoclonal antibody (mAb), the infection was inhibited. The characteristics of the pseudovirus allow safe, high-throughput, and easy-to-detect assays in influenza research. |
