The CRISPR construct contains a sgRNA expression cassette drived by OsU3 promotor and codon optimized Cas9 expression cassette drived by CAMV35S promotor. Monocot CRISPR/Cas9 KO Kit is applicable to modify genes in almost all kinds of monocot plants.
Efficiency	Cas9 expression cassette and sgRNA expression cassette are combined into one vector which offers a higher transformation efficiency.
