Description

By integrating the high capacity of Magnetic particles with efficient protection of RNAsafer technology, the Mag mRNA Kit offers a fast and efficient method to directly purify mRNA from samples. Cell or tissue samples are first lysed and homogenized with RNA-Solv Reagent. After a phenol/chloroform extraction, total RNA is precipitated with isopropanol. Redissolved total RNA is mixed with Magnetic particles which will capture the mRNA. After two simple wash steps, mRNA is eluted from the Magnetic beads or the beads with mRNA can be directly used for RT-PCR.
