Description Creative Biogene Cotton (Leaf) Direct PCR Kit is specially designed to amplify DNA directly from wheat leaf tissue. The kit uses a propriety formulated lysis reagent to release nucleic acids from wheat leaf tissue. No DNA purification is required and unpurified DNA can be directly used as template for PCR.

What is a wheat leaf?
