The Tissue SBS DNA Kit provides a reliable method for the isolation of high molecular weight genomic DNA from various types of fresh or frozen tissue samples. This solution based system can process single or multiple samples simultaneously in less than 90 minutes. Samples are lysed and cellular proteins are removed by precipitation. High molecular genomic DNA remains in solution and is purified by isopropanol precipitation. DNA purified using the Tissue SBS DNA Kit is free of contaminants and enzyme inhibitors.
