The Stabilized Blood RNA Kit is designed for high yield isolation of total RNA from whole blood. A ready-to-use and specially formulated was buffer ensures reliable and complete collection of cells at the start of the protocol and a novel silica carbide DNA shearing column provides more complete RNA solubilization and release for increased binding. Due to these improvements, the Stabilized Blood RNA Kit will purify total RNA from stabilized blood with higher yields as compared to competitor kits.
