Premix qRT Master Mix Kit (with ROX)

Premix qRT Master Mix Kit with ROX is a specifically designed for fast and sensitive real-time PCR via either SYBR Green Real-Time PCR (qPCR) or Taqman Real-Time PCR (qPCR) requiring normalization with ROX. SYBR Green I Dye and TaqMan probes are not included in this RT-PCR kit. The Premix qRT Master Mix Kit with ROX consists of high fidelity and high performance Hot Start polymerase and a newly formulated, real-time buffer that ensures superior specificity and increased amplification efficiency during RT-PCR (qPCR).
