The Plasmid NS Mag 96 Kit provides an innovative way for isolation of plasmid DNA without the need for any centrifugation steps. The cell lysate is cleared using Magnetic beads to remove the cell debris and precipitate. The supernatant is transferred to a new plate were the plasmid DNA is bound, washed and eluted. Plasmid DNA purified with the Mag -Bind NS Plasmid 96 Kit is acceptable for automated sequencing and restriction enzyme digestion.
