Human STK4 adenoviral particles

The STK4 gene, also known as mammalian sterile 20-like kinase 1 (MST1), encodes a serine/threonine kinase that plays a key role in cell proliferation, apoptosis, and immune regulation. As a core component of the Hippo signaling pathway, STK4 is essential for maintaining tissue homeostasis and organ size by controlling cell growth and death. It phosphorylates downstream effectors such as LATS1/2, which in turn regulate the transcriptional coactivators YAP/TAZ.
