| Safety Considerations |
The following safety precautions should be observed. 1. Use pipette aids to prevent ingestion and keep aerosols down to a minimum. 2. No eating, drinking or smoking while handling the stable line. 3. Wash hands after handling the stable line and before leaving the lab. 4. Decontaminate work surface with disinfectant or 70% ethanol before and after working with stable cells. 5. All waste should be considered hazardous. 6. Dispose of all liquid waste after each experiment and treat with bleach. |

A: The knockout cell product is validated by PCR amplification and Sanger Sequencing to confirm the mutation at the genomic level. Please find the detailed mutation info in the datasheet.
A: Single clonal cell.
A: No. This knockout cell product is generated using the CRISPR/Cas9 system to induce small insertions or deletions (indels) resulting in frameshift mutations. Although these frameshift mutations typically disrupt the coding gene, there is a possibility that the non-functional transcript may still be transcribed. Consequently, this could potentially yield misleading results when analyzed by RT-qPCR.
A: The cell line should be stored in liquid nitrogen for long-term preservation.
A: For most cases, we often keep at least 2 clones with different frameshift mutations. Please feel free to contact us to check if there are additional available clones.

I think the results of this experiment remove the problem of my technique and this transfection reagent still contributes very much.
I must compliment this reagent, the transfection is better than any I have used, I have knocked out some other genes before and none of them were as efficient as this.
This reagent may not be as good as the super expensive ones I use overseas, but when you think about its price, this is a real bargain.
The price was so cheap, I thought it might not turn out well for such a cheap price. I never wanted to try it before for fear of wasting my time, but now it seems to have turned out quite well.
The initial validation of the knockout transfection went very well, and then the move to formal experiments was quick and relatively stable.
This cell line has made my experiments go very quickly, saving time, and it is not expensive, saving my boss a lot of money!
The transfections were very successful, and more than once or twice, with reliable results almost every time, completing the current phase of the experiment some time ahead of schedule.
I chose this brand after hearing a recommendation from an online friend who had used it before, and I came to comment after using it with great success and very good results.
The results of this cell line are very stable, I have done five transfections and the results of three Western blots are almost indistinguishable.
