| Safety Considerations |
The following safety precautions should be observed. 1. Use pipette aids to prevent ingestion and keep aerosols down to a minimum. 2. No eating, drinking or smoking while handling the stable line. 3. Wash hands after handling the stable line and before leaving the lab. 4. Decontaminate work surface with disinfectant or 70% ethanol before and after working with stable cells. 5. All waste should be considered hazardous. 6. Dispose of all liquid waste after each experiment and treat with bleach. |

A: The knockout cell product is validated by PCR amplification and Sanger Sequencing to confirm the mutation at the genomic level. Please find the detailed mutation info in the datasheet.
A: Single clonal cell.
A: No. This knockout cell product is generated using the CRISPR/Cas9 system to induce small insertions or deletions (indels) resulting in frameshift mutations. Although these frameshift mutations typically disrupt the coding gene, there is a possibility that the non-functional transcript may still be transcribed. Consequently, this could potentially yield misleading results when analyzed by RT-qPCR.
A: The cell line should be stored in liquid nitrogen for long-term preservation.
A: For most cases, we often keep at least 2 clones with different frameshift mutations. Please feel free to contact us to check if there are additional available clones.

This is a good reagent for transfection, I can see the results clearly by shooting fluorescence, and I can finish the test efficiently
Good and easy to use, not so many tedious steps, saves time and effort, cheap and saves money for the subject group.
I recommend this reagent to everyone because it gives really surprising results. And it's also cheap, so you definitely won't lose out.
It is efficient and saves a lot of time. The reagents in the previous build kept knocking out incompletely, making it impossible to continue with later experiments, and this one knocked out completely.
I must say that this reagent is really cheap, but it turns out so surprisingly well. Recommended for everyone.
The APOCL knockout cell line of a brand is of extremely high quality, easy to use, and can accurately carry out gene knockout experiments.
Their cell lines are very stable and can ensure the reliability and repeatability of the experimental results.
The brand's APOCL knockout cell line is easy to use and effective. I have used cell lines of other brands before, but the effect is not satisfactory. But when I tried the cell lines of this brand, I was very surprised at their efficiency and accuracy. Since then, I have been using this brand of APOC1 knockout cell line, and I have always been very satisfied.
The brand's APOC1 knockout cell line are very reliable in quality and can provide stable and repeatable experimental results.
I am very relieved every time I use their cell lines, because I know that I can get accurate and reliable data. This allows me to better advance the experiment in my research.
