Description

The Fungal RQ DNA Kit is RQecially designed for the rapid and reliable isolation of high-quality total cellular DNA from variety of plant RQecies and tissues. Sample can be processed less than 60 minutes. The optimized procedure incorporates homogenizer RQin column, a unique filtration and homogenization column that can efficiently remove cell debris and improve sample handling following lysis. There are no organic extractions, thus reducing plastic waste and hands-on time to allow multiple samples to be processed in parallel.
