Bacterial Genomic DNA Kit is based on the silica membrane technology and a special buffer system for extracting gDNA extraction from a wide range of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. This kit can also be used to purify genomic DNA from pathogenic microbes in food samples, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio cholerae, hemorrhagic Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, Enterobacter sakazakii, etc.

Genomic DNA can be purified from Gram-negative Bacterial within one hour.
