Description

The Fungal DNA 96 Kit allows for the rapid and reliable isolation of high quality total cellular DNA from a wide variety of fungal species in 96 well format. The samples can be processed in less than 40 minutes. The system combines the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of Binding matrix with the speed and versatility of the 96 Well DNA plate to eliminate polysaccharides, phenolic compounds, and enzyme inhibitors from fungal tissue lysates.
