Description

The Forensic DNA Kit is designed to provide a rapid and easy method for the isolation of genomic DNA from forensic samples such as dried blood, buccal swabs, and sperm for consistent PCR and Southern analysis. This kit can also be used for preparation of genomic DNA from mouse tail snips, blood, buffy coat, serum and plasma. The kit allows for the simultaneous processing of multiple samples. There is no need for phenol/chloroform extractions and time-consuming steps such as precipitation with isopropanol or ethanol are eliminated.
