Description

FFPE Quick DNA Kit provides special lysis condition and unique deparaffinization method to extract DNA from formalin-fixation and paraffinembedding (FFPE) samples. This kit significantly reverses the cross-linking and minimizes the impairment of DNA caused by the FFPE procedure. It also incorporates specific absorbent columns which completely avoids the use of toxic and hazardous organic reagents such as xylene and the overnight digestion with proteinase K. The purified DNA has high-integrity, high-purity and stability, ideally suited for diagnosis and academic research.
