Description

The DNA Probe Kit allows for the rapid and convenient recovery of DNA from random-primer or nick labeling reactions. This kit can also be used for general DNA clean up, where as other methods may lead to nuclease contamination or loss of samples. Binding DNA spin-columns and optimized buffers facilitate the isolation of DNA free of nucleotides, unincorporated labels, enzymes and salts. Centrifugation and vacuum protocols are both included, and are designed to be simple and fast, while ensuing minimal DNase/RNase contamination.
