Description

The Blood Ultrapure spin DNA Kit 96 is designed to purify genomic and mitochondrial DNA from whole blood, buffy coat or cultured cells in 96 well plates. The protocol is designed as a centrifugation method. In the presence of Proteinase K, cells are lysed, and proteins are degraded.
