A: Choose the appropriate extraction strategy according to your laboratory's specific situation and sample type. For stable, valid and reliable results, we recommend to use commercial kits for extraction and strictly follow the corresponding kit instructions. Avoid contamination during sample nucleic acid extraction, and store the extracted template samples below -15°C if they cannot be tested immediately.

We use this kit in our laboratory for the detection of Mycoplasma Genitalium. The kit provides a simple, reproducible and easily automated assay.
The kit designs specific primers for the highly conserved regions of Mycoplasma genitalium genes and detects the nucleic acids of Mycoplasma genitalium by in vitro amplification using fluorescent PCR. The signal intensity of the corresponding channel during the PCR process is monitored and outputted in real time by the instrument to achieve qualitative or quantitative analysis of the test results. The entire experimental process is uniform, time-saving and very convenient.
