Description

The dsRNA Preparation Kit is an in vitro transcription system designed to produce double-stranded RNA (dsRNA). This kit is versatile enough to synthesize both short interfering RNAs (siRNAs) of 21bp and long dsRNA with a length greater than 200bp. The purified products obtained can be utilized for RNAi mediated by cationic liposome, calcium phosphate coprecipitation, electroporation, DEAE-Dextran, and microinjection.

This kit is suitable for produce both siRNA and long dsRNA.
